Love your dragon carrots!! How do they taste?? Great harvest Tina -- I can taste it all right now, fresh out of the garden. They would have been great in my Quinoa salad yesterday :) Aside from their many uses raw -- I love oven roasted radishes too and often mix a few with other roasting veggies. Then there are the greens -- sauted with a little garlic in oil is of course always good use of them too. I've never tried adding the greens to a salad....mmm....
What great cooking ideas! Thanks! I roasted it all with chicken and potatoes for dinner. The carrots taste mild, but just like a carrot! I leave these bad boys un-peeled!
